the hotel location proved very central! i found the staff at reception especially helpful. i appreciated the courteous and knowledgeable service i received during check-in. an upgrade was given since the pre-booked room was unavailable.

the staff were cute i arrived early and they allowed me to check in ahead of time. the location was great it made accessing nearby restaurants and shops simple. the rooms felt well sized with adequate space for luggage and moving around.
the street outside my room had some noise , made it a bit difficult to fall asleep quickly

i noticed the breakfast area provided a variety of options including pastries and fresh fruit. the coffee machine was easy to use providing a quick caffeine fix. seating was plentiful even during peak hours allowing guests to dine comfortably.

The accommodation was very accessible to the cbd. the restaurant staff were friendly and cute. the food at the restaurant was delicious. I enjoyed dining there.

The room i had was not ideal. the layout was awkward, and moving around felt difficult. the tv remote was also sticky and unpleasant to use. I expect better cleanliness. additionally, i found some gravel between the clean sheets one night. it certainly.

the breakfast wasnt great. there was not much variety compared to other ibis hotels i have been to. i also think they should tell people that the parking costs extra. it was also very limited, i had to park down the street.
